Frequently Asked Questions

In most cases one of our agents will deliver your product, and you can either pay by CASH or DEBIT/CREDIT.
If you are outside the Greater Montreal Area, then it will most likely be an agent from a specialized delivery service (UPS, FEDEX etc.) who will collect your payment by the two options stated above.

If you are in the Greater Montreal Area, most of our products are available to be delivered within 24 hours, some can even be delivered within 12 hours. In rare cases, products may take up to 15 business days to be delivered.
If you are outside the Greater Montreal Area the usual delivery time is between 5-15 business days.
At checkout, you can see whether if you and your product are eligible for fast delivery* (within 24hours)

If the deadline has passed and your product still has not consider waiting an extra 24 hours as delivery companies can get delayed due to bad weather or emergencies etc.
If your product still has not arrived, do contact us so that we may resolve the situation.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aravit.ca.
In some cases, it may be too late to cancel an order and you will then have to wait for your product to arrive, you may then request a refund.

*The fast delivery area is the zone where we can deliver products within 12 hours. It is currently only within the Greater Montreal Area

If you have had the product for less than 30 days and it has not been damaged. You can email at support@aravit.ca, depending on your location we may send a prepaid label or send an agent to directly retrieve your product.

In the Greater Montreal Area, you will get your refund the same way you paid for the product.
If you paid by cash, you will be reimbursed in cash and if payment was made by DEBIT/CREDIT we will reimburse you through your bank.
IMPORTANT: If you have by cash and are OUTSIDE the Greater Montreal Area, you will have to provide your bank information so that we can refund your purchase through it.


We currently ship to all Canadian provinces except for Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest Territories.

Tracking information depends on your location and the item you have ordered.
If you are eligible for fast delivery* we usually do not provide tracking info as we have local agents personally delivering them.
For the rest of Canada, we will usually provide a tracking info as soon as the item ships.
